Step 1.
Screw the Threaded Connector under the outer pole into the Base to tighten
the unit; no tools needed at this time. Take
off the Misting Line Holder from the inner pipe, DO NOT take the Waterproof
Cover out. Loosen the Set Screw on
back of the Control Box, push the Control Box onto the inner pipe and screw
the Set Screw to tighten the assembly. You
can adjust the height of the assembly by loosen the Height Adjust Knob, pull out
the inner pipe a little bit to place the Misting Line Holder back on the inner
pipe. Make sure the Waterproof Cover
still matches with the Height Adjust Knob.
Step 2.
Unscrew the Grill Lock Nut from the Front Motor Housing, mount the Rear
Grill (with the handle in the upright position) to the Front Motor Housing by
matching its 3 holes to the 3 round pins on the Front Motor Housing. Then screw the Grill Lock Nut back on the Front
Motor Housing to tight up the Rear Grill on the Front Motor Housing.
Step 3.
Insert the Fan Blade onto the motor shaft by matching the slot on the Fan Blade
with the motor shaft. Secure the Fan Blade
by screwing the Blade Cap onto the motor shaft.
Step 4.
Loosen the seven screws and clips on back of the Fan Shroud, attach the Fan
Shroud and grill to the Rear Grill. Use
the loosing clips to hold and tight the Rear Grill onto the Fan Shroud, then
screw the seven screws to tighten the seven clips and secure the Fan Shroud with
the Rear Grill. |
